2nd Week of August 2010

My DH and I are planning a 1 year wedding anniversary trip to Disneyland for the 2nd week of August! I am so excited!

I just can't wait! I have never been to Disneyland in the summer so any and all information would be great!

We are planning to do 3 days at Disney, at least 1 day at the beach, and 1 day at Six Flags Magic Mountain.

We have stayed at Hotel Menage, Marriott Residence Inn, and the Buena Park Radisson. Where else would you recommend staying? I know everyone loves the HOJO... but there will only be 2 of us... and we're looking for something a little quieter and maybe not so kid friendly. Any ideas?

I know everyone loves the HOJO... but there will only be 2 of us... and we're looking for something a little quieter and maybe not so kid friendly. Any ideas?

I'm confused ~ what makes HoJo kid friendlier than any other place? The rooms are simply nice rooms nothing cutesy or kiddish (the kids suites are a bit done up it seems but you wouldn't need to stay in one of those). It'd be one of my top choices whether I had my kids with me or not. Have fun.
