Ok we decided to do Animal kingdom today, oh my rode Everest I had to do it at least once and that was all I could do kids of course did it about 6 times.
Well we had lunch at Yak & Yeti, much to my surprise it was excellent.
Our server (forgot his name) was awesome he suggested instead of each of us ordering a meal (5) just get 4 and share (yeah imagine) so we did.
Got the Egg rolls, lettuce cups Pot stickers and tuna for appi's,. Then for meals we did Stirfry Beef & Broccoli, Ribs, Maple Tamarind chicken & Lo Mein /w/ chicken wow I highly recommend this restuarant. Forgot dessert we had the wontons,sorbets, and brownie sundae

Dinner was at California Grill, well what can I say what a view. We saw the wishes fireworks from here spectacular. Our server was Ron he was terrific he spread the whole dinner out for over 2 hrs so we could enjoy the fireworks and just relax. We got the flatbreads, Caesar salads then for entrees 2 got the Pork tenderloin, Filet of beef, whole wheat pasta (DD thought this was awesome) and I got the salmon filet. It is truly worth 2 TS.... spectacular view and atmosphere. They asked when I booked if we were celebrating anything I told them our 30th anniversary, well we had mickey confetti scattered on our table, and in our dessert was a piece of chocolate with Happy Anniversary from California grill in it. Made the night very special

The Yak and Yeti menu looks amazing. We've decided on Tusker House though because it looks good too and we get reserved seating for Nemo. I wonder if the CS for Yak and Yeti is anywhere near as good as the TS. I wouldn't mind trying it.

We enjoyed California Grill too. Sounds like you had a special time there. I only wish it didn't feel so busy. Next time you go, give the sushi a try. It was the best I have ever tasted.
