Ok we decided to do Animal kingdom today, oh my rode Everest I had to do it at least once and that was all I could do kids of course did it about 6 times.
Well we had lunch at Yak & Yeti, much to my surprise it was excellent.
Our server (forgot his name) was awesome he suggested instead of each of us ordering a meal (5) just get 4 and share (yeah imagine) so we did.
Got the Egg rolls, lettuce cups Pot stickers and tuna for appi's,. Then for meals we did Stirfry Beef & Broccoli, Ribs, Maple Tamarind chicken & Lo Mein /w/ chicken wow I highly recommend this restuarant. Forgot dessert we had the wontons, sorbets, and brownie sundae

Dinner was at California Grill, well what can I say what a view. We saw the wishes fireworks from here spectacular. Our server was Ron he was terrific he spread the whole dinner out for over 2 hrs so we could enjoy the fireworks and just relax. We got the flatbreads, Caesar salads then for entrees 2 got the Pork tenderloin, Filet of beef, whole wheat pasta (DD thought this was awesome) and I got the salmon filet. It is truly worth 2 TS.... spectacular view and atmosphere. They asked when I booked if we were celebrating anything I told them our 30th anniversary, well we had mickey confetti scattered on our table, and in our dessert was a piece of chocolate with Happy Anniversary from California grill in it. Made the night very special

sounds good!! :santa:

The Yak and Yeti menu looks amazing. We've decided on Tusker House though because it looks good too and we get reserved seating for Nemo. I wonder if the CS for Yak and Yeti is anywhere near as good as the TS. I wouldn't mind trying it.

We enjoyed California Grill too. Sounds like you had a special time there. I only wish it didn't feel so busy. Next time you go, give the sushi a try. It was the best I have ever tasted.
