2BR at SSR Dec 9-12, 2004

This is my first post in this forum, so please forgive me if I don't get this exactly right.

I'd like to book a 2BR at SSR for December 9-12, 2004. According to the points calculator, this is 135 points. So I have two questions:

1) Does this point total sound correct?

2) Based on a review of other postings, is the range of $9-12 per point a reasonable assumption?
