2bdr villa at BCV/concierge?

Are the 2 bdr villas at BCV considered "concierge" rooms or is that just if your staying in a regular BC room?

There is no concierge lounge in the villa building. I think that you have to stay at the BC for that service. The two bedroom has a complete kitchen so you could take care of your own food there.
