29 Things...

I know misinformation was spread back and forth about PUSH but I thought the final verdict was that if not PUSH, a similar version of him would be back eventually, just not owned/operated by the same guy. Is that not correct?

I never got to experience the tour on the island. I was there many of times before that when I was younger but we never went. I don't really know why. I have to ask my mom and dad. . :(

The Adventurers Club should have been on there!!!!

They need to reopen it! I know it will never happen but we wasted many a night in there. Doing in there was like being in a casino. you loose total track of time and when you come out you have no idea how long you were in there.

I was there for the Stitch castle thing too but I totally don't remember that one either. was it only for the day?

Which one do you miss most?

To pick just one is very hard! Last trip I really did miss the yellow poncho's when it rained, it always looked like a sea of rubber duckies. I miss Timekeeper as well as Mr. Toad's.

However, I think I miss Horizons the most, though it isn't mentioned in the article. lol

Is Disney better off without any of them?

Glad Alien Encounter is gone, and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Also blessed by the absence of the hand over Spaceship Earth, and the Pepto Castle. *shudder*

I miss #1, #8, #12, and... #20. I know, I know!

I wasn't around for #2 or #16. :(

Oh, I will be so happy if this is true! We are big fans of PUSH. Loved following him around Tomorrowland. Once, he saw DH's SWW shirt and told him the whole Star Wars story.

Numbers 1, 7, 9, and "If You Had Wings" by Eastern Airlines.

.

I always liked 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea; it was so Disney. Even though it wasn't all that exciting.

I remember doing the gondola the first time I went to Disney World. Primarily because that was the only ride we could get on that we had a ticket for left in our pack :)

Most everything on the list is something I miss or never saw but wish I did.

They got the wrong reason for River Country closing, though.

Alien Encounter scared the living daylights out of me when I was around 14 years old. I still shudder a little just thinking about it. :scared1:

I'd forgotten about a few of these.

I still hold a little bit of hatred about the birthday cake castle! I got married at the Wedding Pavilion and I don't think there was a bride who chose to have the plain glass window that magnified the castle!

We were on DCL 2 years ago and ran into a couple who was married at Disney a few months after us. The husbands just sat back a we ranted about that castle! Seems like I'm not the only one who still isn't over it! ;)
