I was on ebay recently looking for same (aaa). But I never know which category it's under.. can you advise or pm me? t hanks!!!!!!!

Wait, what? I live semi-locally and go frequently, but never knew about aaa parking passes and buying them? What exactly are they?

These are for AAA members who get them through their AAA offices. They are clearly labeled as non-transferable. I recognize the good intentions of the OP, but AAA parking spaces are very limitted and often fill up, it is not fair when a person who is legally entitled to a space does not get one because someone who isn't takes it. They should not be being bought or sold on e-bay either. Sorry, this is a bit of a pet peeve of mine, similar to people with 20 items going through the 12 item or less line at the store.

I remember going to WDW one year and showing my AAA card to the lot attendant. They directed us to the reserved parking area, which was very convenient, but this was in the early 1990's. I thought that, nowadays, you had to buy park tickets/packages through AAA to get the special parking passes.

Is that correct, or can members request/purchase just the parking passes?

They come with packages purchased through AAA. Some AAA offices provide them if you just buy tickets. There have even been some reports of agents providing them when requested to members. Just showing your card at the ticket booth won't work anymore. Without the actual pass on your dashboard you could get ticketed or towed. They are non-transferable.

ITA It's a nice thing that OP is doing but it takes spaces away from actually AAA memebers

I thought that you had to buy the tickets/packages through them - we did that for Disneyland and received a parking pass, but haven't used AAA for WDW in many years.

I'll bet our AAA office wouldn't distribute/sell them without a purchase - the atmosphere "feels" different than the NYC office I used to visit. I once tried to book a flight through the office and they were required to add on service fees that I wouldn't have had to pay if I booked through the airline site. It must be a franchise, not an AAA-owned/operated office.

Thanks for the info.

Yeah, I got that point. We are AAA members and would use the pass ourselves.

You can buy them on Ebay for $10. Obviously it is members who get them legitimately and then selling them after they use them. I saw one person on Ebay has 4 of them for sale. I am curious why one person would have 4 AAA passes. When they give you one it is good for the whole year so there would be no need to give the same person 4 passes. Someone might be getting them other ways.

We are AAA members and get a pass each time we go to Disney. I can't say i've ever seen all the AAA spaces filled in any of the parking lots.
Very nice of you OP to pass it along :thumbsup2

I have seen it on numerous occasions. Probably depends on what time of year you go.
