270 BWV Points Available (10/04-10/05)

This is my first time doing this, so apologies for an lapses in netiquette. I did read a few of these first.

We have already banked 120 remaining 2004 points into next year so we have a total of 270 points to rent that can be used for reservations after October. Boardwalk Villas home resort.

Asking for $10 pp. Preference will be given to renting the entire amount (or close to it) at one time.

I just want to add that when I say "for reservations after October" I mean that I can make a reservation now, but the travel has to be after October. I have already banked 120 points into 2004/2005 so therefore I have nothing available that can be used in September 2004 (not that most people are that last minute, are they?).

Oh, if you need less than 270 points feel free to contact me, but keep in mind that I want to rent off as much as possible at one time. If after a few days no one bites for the full amount I will rent the points starting from the highest offer down. If someone offers to rent the entire 270, I will make a deal immediately and I will post here when the points are accounted for.
