I am a newbie...Dopey Sharon told me about this site...I have 265 points available to rent (OKW is my "home") to use by September 30, 2003. Cost per point is $10. Let me know if interested.

And a word of warning. Have a good, signed contract with your renter. specifying when payment(s) are due and outlining your recourse. And state your recourse if the renter should happen to leave unpaid room charges, do extensive damage something.

Good point about the contract. I may be renting points for the first time very soon - does anyone have a sample contract I could use? I'm a bit nervous about the whole process!

This is my first time trying to reserve a room in this manner. It is a little unnerving, anyhow I need to rent points for 9/14 - 9/18
at either WVL (two bedroom, 196 points) or BV (Grand Villa, 296 points) the VWL is our first choice.
