Hello there! Thanks for joining me in this Pre Trip Report. I will be back on Disney property for my 11th trip exactly 26 years and 1 day later. My most recent trip was in January of this year. I am still working on that report, so check it out.
Now for the five W's.
Who-Just Me and my dad.
Jessica, 28yo WDW addicted planner and host of this here TR.

My Dad, original WDW planner and sidekick for this trip.

What-A week long trip with 5 day park hoppers and the DDP.
When-Septemeber 30th-October 6th
Where-Pop Century Preferred Room
Why-Celebrating Magic Kingdom's 40th, my first MNSSHP and attending Food & Wine for the first time.

September 29th-We will leave home around 8am. Stopping in Ocala for the night.

September 30th-Wake up early, have breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and then finish the drive. Boardwalk and DTD, with lunch at Earl's(Of course. :slurp:) till the room is ready. MNSSHP tonight, a first for me.

October 1st-:bday: Happy 40th Birthday Magic Kingdom! Breakfast at Crystal Palace at 10:15am and Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:25pm.

October 2nd-MGM all day. Lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe at 11:00am. Fantasmic tonight, another first for me. EMH tonight.

October 3rd-We will be going to all four parks today. We will start at Animal Kingdom for EMH. Breakfast is at Tusker House at 9:15am. Then over to MGM, Epcot and finally MK for EMH.

October 4th-Epcot all day. Morning EMH. No ADR's today, cuz I will be enjoying Food & Wine Festival for the first time today.

October 5th-Magic Kingdom all day. Crystal Palace breakfast at 8:05am, prior to park opening. Dinner at Tony's Town Square at 5:00pm, another first for me.

October 6th-Time to say goodbye. :sad1: I always cry when leaving. I hate leaving WDW and I really hate saying goodbye to me best friend.

Thursday Sept 29th-We plan on leaving in the early morning and driving to Ocala. We will stay overnight at Hampton Inn right off the Interstate. We are doing this so we won't be so exhausted tomorrow night.
Friday Sept 30th-We will wake up early, check out and head on to breakfast. We will stop at Cracker Barrel to eat and then finish the drive to WDW. We should arrive at POP around 9:30-10:00am. If the room is ready we will move everything into the room. If not we will drive over to the Boardwalk to look around, before going over to DTD to have lunch at Earl's. We will shop around, this will most likely be our only time at DTD. After this we will move in the room, if we haven't already. I will nap, if time permits, if not I will start getting ready for MNSSHP. I will be dressing up as Minnie. Since this is my first MNSSHP, I plan on going all out. I plan on being at Magic Kingdom for 4. I will just roam around until the party starts. I will line up for the Seven Dwarfs first. The dwarfs and Malifiecent are the main two I want to see. I will catch at least one performance of the Mix and Mingle.

I plan on seeing both parades if possible. I will also watch Hallowishes from the Hub. Trick or treating and rides are at the bottom of the list. I also plan on taking advantage of any photopass pictures that are available.

We will be spending all day in Magic Kingdom. We plan on arriving early enough to catch the opening show in hopes that there will be something extra for this special day. We have breakfast ADR's at Crystal Palace for 10:15am. We are creating a list of rides and attractions that were open on opening day. We will do those first. It will be our attempt at recreating what that first day may have been like. Silly, I know, but we like the idea and that's what counts. We have dinner ADR's at Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:25pm.

Wishes and the Main Street Electrical Parade are on the list for this evening.

Sunday Oct 2nd-Today will be spent at MGM. I will always call it that. We plan on being there at rope drop to get FP for Toy Story Mania and then ride it immediately. My dad's top priority is Star Tours. We have lunch ADR's at 50's Prime Time Cafe at 11:00am.
The Backlot Tour and Muppets 3-D are both on the list for today. The Great Movie Ride, at least once, if not twice is also a must.

I would like to see Fantasmic tonight, since I have never seen it. But that will depend on the lines. I can't see waiting in line for an hour for a 20 minute show.

Monday Oct 3rd-4 Parks, 3 Modes of Transportation, 2 People, 1 Day!
We will start the day at Animal Kingdom for morning EMH.

We have breakfast ADR's at Tusker House for 9:15am. We plan on staying until just after the parade. This is our only day at Animal Kingdom. I will definitely be going on the Kilimanjaro Safari. Other than that I have no plans.

We will then take the bus to MGM. I just plan on taking pictures and riding The Great Movie Ride. Next we will take the boat to Epcot. More picture taking, of World Showcase this time. And a ride on Spaceship Earth on the way out. I would like to be on the monorail before Illuminations starts. We will see it another night. We will then take the monorail to the TTC and finally the ferry over to Magic Kingdom for evening EMH which will include a ride on Dumbo. That will conclude our 4 park, 4 ride day.

Tuesday Oct 4th-Epcot all day. There are morning EMH today. I plan on being there at rope drop. Spaceship Earth will be the first ride of the morning.

We have no ADR's for today. I will be hitting up the Food & Wine booths for lunch and dinner today. I would like to go on Universe of Energy and see Captain EO.

I haven't done either of these in quite awhile. Hopefully there will be none of this today:

I am looking forward to spending time in World Showcase, ending the evening with Illuminations.

Wednesday Oct 5th-Magic Kingdom all day. We have breakfast ADR's at Crystal Palace at 8:05am.

I plan on getting some nice empty picture of Cinderella Castle before breakfast. It's A Small World will be first this morning. Then running around to all our favorites. We have dinner ADR's at Tony's Town Square at 5:00pm. We will be watching the Main Street Electrical Parade and Wishes once again. I will try not to cry on my way out.

Thanks for joining in! So where are ya'll staying? Which night are ya'll going to MNSSHP? We are going on September 30th. It's a first for me and my dad.

We are staying in two rooms at Port Orleans Riverside. There are 7 of us. We have my family of four (me, DH, two boys ages 11 and 8) and then our nephew, his girlfriend, and their one year old baby are going to be in another room.

We are planning MNSSHP for 9/30 and then possibly a second time on 10/6.

We can't wait!

Your trip looks like a lot of fun.

I was totally cracking up when I read your driving down plans as I eat the exact same thing when I drive down. Stop at Cracker Barrell then Earl of Sandwich once I hit WDW. :cloud9:

I am planning on MNSSHP on Tuesday 9/27 but I may go again 9/30. I really love the Halloween Party it is so much fun. Just depends on how crowded it is on Tuesday.

Hopefully we'll be able to get a dismeet together for 10/1

:yay: Someone else that understands my need for Cracker Barrel and Earl of Sandwich. Cracker Barrel is more of a tradition thing. Doesn't have to be the same one, we just have to eat breakfast there on the way down. Earl, on the other hand, I dream about those sandwiches sometimes. I was telling someone at work about Earl's and she thought I was nuts. The way I was talking about Earl's, she said it sounded like I was in love. Maybe I am. LOL.

I have never been to MNSSHP, so I am extremely excited. I even have a costume to wear!

Even if no one else joins in, you and I will both be there the 1st, so we can have our own DisMeet. :lmao:

Only one more day till we leave. We are leaving Thursday morning. Can't wait.

I did change one of our ADR's. Instead of breakfast at Crystal Palace on the 1st, we are eating dinner at Crystal Palace. We also cancelled our Liberty Tree Tavern dinner. Out of those two I prefer Crystal Palace.

The 1st will be a very long and busy day. We plan on being at Magic Kingdom for 8am, then the park opens at 9am. At 10am is the presentation. The DisMeet is at 2pm and then dinner at 4:35pm. MSEP at 8pm and 10pm with a special Wishes in between at 9pm. I'm tired just thinking about it all. I know it will be great day, but very tiring.

I will be Tweeting all trip long. My name on there is Jesameca. Just let me know if you wanna follow. I plan to share as many pictures as I can.

It's gonna be very hard to sleep tomorrow night. Hopefully I will tire myself out with everything I need to finish. I have to make sure everything we need is packed. I still need to make my LGMH's and other buttons. The batteries for the cameras need to be charged and then packed away. I need to go wash the car inside and out. And I'm sure there will be a last minute run to at least one store tomorrow.

:woohoo:One more day!:woohoo:

I had a great time meeting up and hanging out with you and your dad. I hope ya'll had a safe trip home! Looking forward to reading the rest of your TR!

I had a great time hanging out with you also. We made it home just fine. I should be starting my trip report pretty soon. I am still editing my photopass pictures. But once I get those, I can really get started.
