I used to have a cat with an extra toe on each hind paw and 2 or 3 extra toes on each front paw. The funny thing was she was a very small cat, so her feet looked way too ginormous for her body.

We used to have a cat, Rascal, that had extra toes on his front paws. He was the sweetest kitty.

That cat would fit in with all the kitties on the Hemingway property in Key West.

I have some acquaintances whose children both had extra fingers and toes. They had them removed. Did you have your daughter's removed? (I don't think there is a right or wrong answer to this one, I was just curious).

Yes, Belle had hers removed last april.. she was 20 months old when the did it. My great nephew was just born in November and he has 12 toes. It runs in the family. Here is a picture of Belle's foot:
