I hope it is OK to post this here. I work for Nike and they just announced $2500 grants being given out to help support youth and sports and making a difference in the community.
The process is pretty simple. Even if there is not a store in your specific area, you can still apply with your application going into the pool for the online store, rather than a specific location.
Any parents that have kids in sports leagues and are looking for help, this would be great. I know there is a store in Orange, so if you live in Anaheim, you would be connected to that store.
Just wanted to share in hopes that some Dis-ers might be selected. You can get more info through your local Nike store, or through the website at nikebackyourblock.com. Or let me know if you have any questions!
