Ok Disers, I decided to re-post this since we did fairly well last year. My goal by Feb 2014 is 25 pounds. I joined planet fitness and my daughter and both are making a commitment to get there at least 4 days a week. so far we have made it
granted it has only been two weeks but hey its a start
I have cut out soda, sugar, and went to a low carb diet. not the easiest but I am going to commit to a 2 week crash diet just to wean myself off the "bad" stuff! I have made it a week so far and I am down 5 pounds. mostly water weight I am sure.
So lets get this party started! GO!
