25% off at POR today?

So, I was going to call tomorrow on the 8th for the Room only discount. I decided to call today and just price things out. I never once mentioned a pin code or any type of discount and neither did the cm, but I was quoted a rate that was 25% off rack rate for all room types. A couple of the room types were not available. She only gave me 3 options: Garden view, pool view or Royal room garden view. Maybe I had a pin, maybe the cm made an early mistake. Either way, I am happy to have the discount

Hm, just went to look online and POFQ standard rooms were $216 a night, now they are showing in the 180s a night, tried to click on it but it said they are updating the system. Could it be going live early?

I just called and the rooms I asked about were quoted at rack rate. I asked about a PIN but told I didn't have one. I think OP had one on her account?

I just went online and it says "booking currently unavailable" - maybe they are putting things through online right now??

I have had my hopes up all weekend. I spent WAY too much time on these boards in the last 48 hours in some sort of delusional hope that an early release was coming.

Same! I haven't been to Disney since 2005, I am way overdue for a trip and the only way we can see the value of staying on property for this trip would be with the discounts! So I am patiently waiting!

Well, system is done updating. But the prices I see are still same rack rates as before. Anyone else seeing something different?

If I had a pin the cm did not mention it at all. I had also called yesterday and asked if I had a pin and I was told no. It may be worth calling a few times to get a different cm.

Someone else on the Jan 2014 thread said that they received a discount today too and no mention of a pin. Keep trying!
