Hi, I own at DVC but am looking to purchase points for a friend. How does a transfer work? and is it different than her just renting with no transfer involved? Just trying to figure out the difference. She would need about 100 points if you still have them. Thanks, Sue

The transfer moves the points to your account and are treated like they are yours except they would retain the home resort. This gives you control of the points. You can bank or sell them the same as your own.

My terms are:
25% deposit at the time of the reservation being confirmed.
Remaining balance due - 35 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
