96 pts expiring April. 150 points for 2004-2005 (April use).

Many of these points (but not all) can be converted to a nice Christmas stay at BoardWalk; we are coming up on the 11-month window, so act fast.

I would like 11.00 per point, but will consider offers, esp for the expiring points. Highest offer over 10.00 in next 3 days gets it.

Or, will also consider a trade to a nice place.
