Orlando to Key West (where Hemmingway's House is) is just over 400 miles... about 6 1/2 hours driving time.

Orlando to Miami is about 250 miles... about 4 1/2 hours driving

Miami to Key West, about 4 hours driving

Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, about 3 1/2 - 4 hours

Fort Lauderdale to Miami, 45 minutes - 1 hour

Fort Lauderdale to Key West, 4 1/2 hours
