In my version:
Jack shoots Logan for being such a PITA. The First Lady and SS agent Aaron become a couple.
Chloe and Jack also become a couple causing Audrey to go to Mexico and takes over the Salazar brothers operations. There she finds Behrooz and boy is he ticked!
Kate Warner shows up at CTU looking for Jack. She has a little bundle of joy to show him. Upon finding out he's with Chloe, she springs the news that she's the new head of CTU and they WILL provide daycare!
Nina Myers ghost is seem walking the halls of CTU but is she live or is it Memorex?
Gregory House is hired as the new head of the CTU medical facilities. The entire staff quits immediately.
The staff is replaced with the entire cast of Prison Break. T-Bag becomes the new Jack Bauer.
Now we don't have to wonder where they end up all summer.
