Your room looks lovely.

The best advice I could give would be for you to call 2 or 3 contractors in your local area and ask if they still come out and give free estimates. If not, I'm sure they would for a nominal fee to be applied to your order should you decide to hire them. It may be a simple fix or more involved but at least you would know exactly what you're dealing with.

We're in the process of replacing our three patio doors and Home Depot charged us $30 to come to the house to measure whether we decided on the doors or not. That $30 was taken off the order when we signed the contract.
