Hmm, I am kinda digging the pink runner to. You always see white runners at the Wedding Pavilion... maybe you could ask if they have some pink fabric to lay down for you and see what it looks like.

Or you could do white and have your initials painted on it in pink. And use pink ribbon along the edges. Maybe that will be enough pink for him?

We had yellow cake with Almond butter cream. We didn't have the almond cake choice or I would have gotten that. Ask if they can make a chocolate sauce because Palo had that to drizzle over and it was so good.

I did it for our anniversary cake too. Publix took the pictures and added almond extract to the butter cream..and I got the best chocolate sauce from Carrabba's

Today is my secretary's birthday and I went to Publix this morning and picked up a pre-made cake...wish I had some chocolate sauce!!



But back OT...what cake flavors are you leaning toward?

Seriously, You are having touches of pink..I think the pink aisle runner is just too much. You can get an ivory runner and have pink petals but to have such a stand-out runner like that would really draw the eye to the floor.

Oh cake! The almond cake with the amaretto filling is SOOOOO GOOD!!!! It tastes just like an Italian cookie! YUM! I had almond cake with bavarian cream though. It was still really good. The almond cake is the best in my opinion.

MMMMM!! That sounds delicous!! We just requested that they swap out the buttercream filling for peanut butter...Eric mentioned something about Chocolate cake with peanutbutter filling!

We had the tropical mousse on Eric's birthday cake and that was heavenly!!
