...

it all sounds lovely! I do like the idea of the ivory runner and pink petals as the pink might draw the eye to the floor but then again, depending on the shade, if it coordinates with the rug that well, it may not and actually be more subtle, drawing attention to you!

I definitely vote for anything peanut butter :thumbsup2 We had the peanut butter cup filling with chocolate cake and it was to die for at our wedding and for our 1st anniversary dinner at the GF.

I would go for peanut butter too (unless someone there had a peanut allergy or something.)

Great. Now I'm craving cake! :rotfl:

Oh and I just got an email back about cake:lovestruc

Cake Flavors:
Chocolate Cake
Yellow Cake
Almond Cake
Marble Cake

Cake Fillings:
Tropical Mousse
Amaretto Mousse
Buttercream Filling
Bavarian Cream Filling
Bailey's Mousse
Dark Chocolate Mousse
White Chocolate Mousse
Raspberry Mousse

One thing I think really sucks about not having a WDW wedding, is that I can't have a WDW cake. My dream cake from WDW would be:

Bottom Tier- Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Cup Mousse
Middle Tier- Yellow Cake with Tropical Mousse
Top Tier- Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate Mousse....

But My main vote would be for Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Cup Mousse.... I have never wanted a piece of cake so much in my life as when I heard of that one!!

Me too! Luckily, I am having some this afternoon.

Carrie gave me a big chunk of her anniversary cake..I think it was PB Cup mousse with chocolate cake. It was so good!

I am not a big leopard print person..I have seen it on some people and it looks great, I just never liked the animal print thing.
Do you have a picture?

And not that it matters, because it is your wedding, but are you going to UK after the rehearsal? I always thought UK was sorta pub-by and relaxed..Is that dress too long for the park? Maybe I just don't know the area you are going, so I could be totally off base.

Ha, we posted at the exact same time. I am such a creeper! :rotfl: I need a hobby. ;)

Awesome, hehe. I think the animal print will be perfect for your rehearsal, so fitting with your reception.

I don't have a picture of the print since it's at my mom's house.

I don't understand what you mean it's too long? Our DP is at the UK (hoping for Italy to open up). I am not going to walk around the parks, just going to our rehearsal, dinner and then dessert part. Don't forget, I'll have heels on too, so it won't be very long.

I love it, it fits me perfect and is just a gorgeous dress (in person).

When I first looked at it, I thought it had more of a train. I am always afraid of people stepping on my dresses or getting my heel caught in the hem...
It does look like a beautiful cut that I could never pull off with my animal print phobia (can't hide the SPANX either).

You're killing me!! I'm jealous.

They should have pumpkin cake. I love me some pumpkin cake! :rotfl:

Yum. Do you ever go to Panera Bread? They have pumpkin muffins that are delicious!

Great. How am I supposed to lose any weight if I keep reading this thread?!? Y'all are evil! ;)

If I weren't so in love with my wedding dress or if the whole even was longer I would have considered wearing it to the reception...who's kidding who? I did consider wearing it :rotfl:

Oh and I need a hobby too...and to be busier at work! I hate the few days leading up to vacation!!

The train is the best part!!

I forgot to post...I found a picture of my rehearsal dress...well kind of. This looks IDENTICAL to mine except for 2 things...#1 mine is leopard print, #2 this is a Calvin Klein dress:rotfl:

I like the dress but it does seem very formal. Maybe in animal print it's not as formal though? I don't know. Will your rehearsal dinner be on the formal side? Ours was really laid back (I just wore a skirt and top) but I have known some people that had more formal rehearsals so maybe that's what yours is. Either way, it is a pretty dress in the photos.

Not formal per say...I know my mom is looking at a more formal dress too. We love to dress up...any excuse!! It doesn't matter to me what people where to the Welcome party though. We just enjoy dressing up and I think that our rehearsal is a great time to do it :cloud9:

I don't want to upset anyone..but William Sonoma Pumpkin Spice Bread?? HEAVEN! It is the best part of fall!

and Mandy..I beg to differ..the best part about the dress is the neckline and the back (something else I couldn't pull off!)

That dress is beautiful, I think it will look lovely.

I vote for peanut butter and chocolate as well, one of the cupcakes we're doing for our "wedding cake" is a chocolate cupcake with peanut butter buttercream filling and topping. Geez. . .I'm soo hungry right now :rotfl:

I like pumpkin pie...but not so big on anything else that's pumpkin!!

I do like the back of the dress too! I have a problem with 3 things...underwear, shoes and dresses, lol. Those are my shopping weaknesses!! I LOVE to buy pretty dresses, fancy dresses, sundresses, you name it. And don't even talk to me about walking into Victorias Secret :lmao:

Thanks!!

I'm headed to the grocery store tonight and hopefully you guys haven't made me want cake too badly!!:rotfl:
