225 points at Vero Beach in April for Rent

I have a reservation at the Vero Beach Resort from April 9 through 14 for rent (225 points). This is for a 2 bedroom and I am asking $10.00 per point. I could also cancel this reservation and try to make reservations at another resort if you like. Please pm me your preference.
