I just finished up most of my closet. I found a few more things that fit me, some that are close and some that well I may need super lipo. I will keep them all, I never thought I would be down to this size again.
I hate plateaus. I am at one right now but I quit smoking. I am up about a lb or maybe a bit more. I do pretty good eating just don't always get the excersise I need. I DETEST cardio and have taken off 60 without it so figure I can do the rest without it as well. I love getting my excersise at DL or Vegas where there is something to look at while you walk.
There is no way I can do atkinks. I can't stand nearly all meat. I did it once and ate bacon and eggs and salad every day. I can now no longer eat eggs and can't stand the smell of bacon cooking in my house. I won't even make it for others the texture just grosses me out. I als gained back real fast as soon as I stopped it. I am not trying to be negative I think it is great for quick weight loss I just don't think it is a sustainable way of eating. also after I was on atikins when I just had a little to lose when I gained back I gained back more then what I started out at. I just think for 10 lbs there are better ways but that is just me.
I have done it soley through calorie and portiom controll. My kids are older so they mostly cook their own easy meals, my DH isn't home for dinner I don't have to worry about having a 5 course meal on the table. I just have to worry about eating my own very filling easy to make breakfast and dinner. I also unless it is a party or a special friends over time do not drink at home. I will eat what I want when I go out to eat and have cocktails then. My one guilty everyday splurge is real creamer in my coffee but I am still down 60 lbs since last august. It may take me a little longer then some people but that is ok, I am in the midle of quitting smoking too and not overeating so that is good.
