Yeah a month from today, we will be heading down to Galveston!

My children still do not have any idea. I am able to get clothes together for them, since we have a DCL Cruise booked for Nov. 2013. I am just telling them that I am taking inventory on all our Disney Clothes. So far so good.

I am getting things together for the FE gifts. I will have to wait and finish them after the kids start school which will be next week. Then I will have plenty of time to get packed and FE's finished while they are in school.

I am so excited!

I updated the roll call list a day early! Please double check your info, and if it needs revised or info added just let know! Green highlights indicate missing stateroom numbers, and yellow highlights indicate other info is missing (such as names).

That is such an awesome surprise! I was never that good at it - had to spill the beans all the time!! Are you planning to record their reactions when you do let them know? I love those videos!!

Ahhhhh! One month to go!!!!!! My t-shirt arrived from vistaprint yesterday, so we have everything needed for greeting the ship and our cruise! I am so ready for this vacation!

I am normally not that good either at keeping surprises, but since we booked this less than 2 weeks ago, so far so good.

We plan on telling them the Wed. night before we leave. We are going to have a huge box wrapped up with Mickey balloons in it that should float up when they open it and a few DCL surprises. I wanted to wait until the day we left, but my daughter is such a planning freak, like mother like daughter, that she would probably have a panic attack, if she did not have some control, in packing.

We already had issues with the formal dress, I told her I found this dress for her to wear on the DCL Cruise next Nov., but I want her to wear it for this cruise. She wants to wear her princess dress, which I was fine with our last cruise, when she was 5. But this time I want her to wear a regular formal dress for formal night so we can have a great family picture, then wear her princess dress for semi-formal night. It did not go over well, but she did agree.

I went to Hobby Lobby today with her, to get some things to finish up the FE gifts, when I get to make them, and I kept telling her it was a project for work. I am always sending Disney gifts to clients, so no red flags hopefully. I need her to start school so I do not have to be so secretive. She is very good at connecting dots, so hopefully she will not catch on.

My son could have Mickey himself walk through the door and not catch on, unless we make a huge announcement about it. So I know we are safe with him.

We will try to video it, and post it.

For pillow cases, we bring them to guest services and request the characters to sign then and they will give a form to fill out and return it on the last night.

As mentioned the pillowcases may be dropped off at customer service to be signed.
