Honestly, before you do ANYTHING you should talk with your OB doctor and see what he/she says about going on a cruise before you book your cruise. I know it is none of my business but personally, being a level 3, neonatal nurse I would not be traveling out of state being that far along. Yes, your right your baby will not be viable at 21 weeks. But there are also other risk, such as developing pre-eclampsia before or during the trip and having to be on bed rest until the baby is born, you could go into preterm labor. If your OB is okay with it, then go and have a Magical Time!
Definitely, call Disney cruise lines and ask about their travel insurance, as expensive as Disney cruises are I would hate to lose that much money.
