Hello everyone, we are a family of 5 from Hershey, PA. We are booking this week and this will be our second Disney cruise (did the Western Caribbean in August 2009). There will be myself, DW, DD (13 on departure) and twin DS (9 on departure). We are planning on spending 3 days at WDW and then heading out on the cruise on the 21st.

We absolutely loved our first cruise on the Magic and can't wait to see the Dream.

Added you to the list Colin, Sorry for the delay we were due to fly home from Florida on the 16th but flight was cancelled due to volcano in Iceland. Re-arranged flights for the 20th but it was a 31 hour journey home via Atlanta, Paris, London and finishing with a 4 hour drive back up here to Yorkshire.

wow! We lived in Hershey for 6 years. My husband and I did our residencies at the med center and our 2 oldest were born there. Haven't joined the list yet as we are not 100% certain we are keeping this booking, or jumping to a 7 day when the Fantasy comes out.

There is part of me that wants to keep this booking, because we also have a special needs child - my DD then 9 has Down syndrome.

Anyway, I loved Hershey and maybe I'll get to meet all of you on the Dream

Mary, the way to go is do this cruise then 7 nights on the Fantasy

Welcome! I will have 2 dds your dd's age on the trip as well. They will be 10 and 8. Seems weird because ydd is still only 6, but I know the time will fly!!!

We are just off the Magic, East Bound transatlantic, where we booked THE DREAM! B2B begining on the 21st of August 2011. - 7 nights total

The Aug. 21st will be our 5th cruise and the Aug. 25th will be our 6th (I turn into gold mid cruises!). The transatlantic was amazing. The sea days rocked!

My name is Joi and it is it is me and my DS- Evan (14 now will be 15 then) who are the cruisers.

I think this time will be the longest I have ever had between cruises ...I am not 100% sure I will make it that long....I may have to get a 3 day winter cruise in between (if the money fairies deliver some cash to me between now and then)

Anyhow, We are in 8551...a sideways cat 11 if the room maps of the dream are correct. We are in Amish Country Pennsylvania....not too far from Hershey!

We are also going to WDW In August of this year

I think I only work to vacation ..... Anyhow, nice to see there was already a thread for this date (thanks) and HI to all!

Just got an invite from a diser couple I met on the transatlantic for mothers day Ice cream/Lunch on Sunday. We had a ball on the TA ....I am glad they live in PA. and we have decided to stay in touch. I cannot beleive I ever cruised without Disboards people LOL

I dont know why I am so resistant to putting my specific town online...but I am. For some reason I feel more secure being a little vague
But I'd say you could put down Lancaster County and that would proabbaly get you a Wiki site with info

We will be there 8/18-8/25. Debating whether to go to sea world one day. The girls don't know yet. I will tell them the end of may. Excited to go with my mom who hasn't been for 20 years!

It is exciting to have more people join in!
