2027 Member Cruise

How does it go for booking the excursions? Does it open to everyone at the same time or is it staggered according to Castaway status like the regular cruises? I am considering booking a "cheaper" stateroom because they got me with the member exclusive excursions line. But if the excursions are going to be incredibly difficult to book I may rethink that. Also, typically how long in advance do they release the information on what the excursions actually are? I may book and then cancel if it an issue. I can drive to San Diego so at least wouldn't need to pay for a hotel and flight so that saves me a little bit of money.

Booking of excursions, tastings, etc. is based on Castaway Club Level just like any other Disney Cruise. No one will no what regular port adventures are available until Concierge Level can book theirs at 130 days out from the departure date. You can find a generic list of port adventures by port of call on the DCL website, but not all of them may be offered on any particular cruise. Not sure how they handle booking of any potential ABD add-ons.

Thank you for this information. I am only interested in the exclusive excursions in San Francisco for the member sailing. I am gold and I think I will be platinum by that time so castaway status will be helpful for me.

So are you having to book and pay before you find out what the exclusive excursions are?
Yes. I'm curious about what they'll do in SF, and I hope that the reason they're doing 2 days there is to make time for those interested to partake. But note that there usually aren't exclusive excursions, so members don't normally book based on that. I don't think one should book based on what those excursions might be in this case either since we don't know!
