I have multiple windows. I refreshed one right at 9AM and it was briefly "less than an hour." All others were immediately "more than an hour." The refreshed window quickly updated to "more than an hour."

I'll track to see if the refreshed window is in fact the first one to pop

Looks like they are still using the same system, as the URL is still queue-it.net, but they are suppressing queue IDs. I don't see any way to parse the URL to get one either. Maybe once it goes to a specific time under an hour?

No. I have one at 3 minutes and it is the same
