2025 Moonlight magic

That’s what I remember always reading once per park. That is not cool of them to not give a bigger heads up especially since it was released less than 30 days out.
I totally agree with you. I have DVC stays booked for 1/26, 2/3 and 2/12 and had to choose. I was lucky to snag tickets for 2/3 at DCA.

The couple who was supposed to go with is for that trip told us they can’t go after we told them we snagged tickets. If anyone wants to come to DCA MM with us on those 2 tickets, we’d happily “trade” for 2 spots to AK (our preference) or HS if you end up with extra too.

I understand what you are saying but people are reporting they joined the queue AFTER 11ET and got wait times less than an hour while the windows they had opened the night before were still showing over an hour.

I have been told the same thing….entering before 11 am doesn’t benefit someone. It’s better to join right at 11 am or shortly thereafter because they put you in random order.

Meaning all those before 11 are not necessary the first ones in line. It certainly explains why things can happen like discussed.

This link (same one currently on DVC's website) asks for a Member number and then says you don't have a valid resort reservation. Anyone else having this issue or have a different URL that is working?
I pulled the link from the DVC website. The issue is likely on the backend and DVC needs to correct it.

Me too!

I tried from the link above and by going to the DVC member site and having the same issue in both places.

I wonder if the people who experienced that had previously gotten into the waiting room on that device, and closed it off. Even though Disney says not to refresh the page, everything is linked to your Queue ID, which gets saved in the cache (I'm not a computer person, so the terminology might not be correct, but this has been my experience)

I’m trying to reach someone via chat, but I am still waiting to be connected to a CM

I chatted with a CM and they told me it is because the website hadn't been updated and the URL I am trying is from Wednesday and I shouldn't be trying until 1 hour before the registration time.

None of that is true, the website was updated but thats what the chat CM told me ... basically useless.

When I tried to point it out that the website actually has a link to General Registration for each of the 3 events, was told to wait until 1 hour before.

Like the link below which is clearly for General Registration - doesn't work - its the same one that was posted in this thread. Hopefully someone eventually realizes it is broken when there is literally nobody in the queue waiting.

There is an easy answer to this.

I can't control the process, so I can't do anything to guarantee I will get in.

If I think of it as a lottery, it's a lot easier to stomach. I can do some things to improve my chances in the lottery, but it is still a lottery. MM, by its very nature, is a thing that most Members will never do, because there just aren't enough slots to go around.
