The 2025 DVC Annual Meeting dates are here — well, almost official! Based on a partially updated registration link, it looks like this year's Resort Board & Member Meetings will be held Dec 9–11 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

I hope someone from the group attends the Boardwalk meeting. Just got back, I didn’t see any DVC Merchandise in the Screen Door. Plus all the closed locations, Art Gallery, Big River and Jellyrolls. What are the plans?

Seems odd the VGC meeting isn't held in California. Has it always been in Florida? I'm not usually in Florida at the time they hold these member meetings.

Looks like there are 2 meetings, one on each coast.

They're not going to tell you... claim that has nothing to do with DVC... Same with VGF owners who ask about BBB, the abandoned kids club area, and the tea room.

I will be at BW and RIV , they are close enough in time. Just planning out what my question will be at each. Obviously BW it may involve rentals ( but others may cover that). I have no real issues with RIV so

Yeah I think BW meeting will be much more interesting to attend and be able to ask questions at. The rental thing impacts 11 month booking so that would be my question. But Im sure people will ask about the boardwalk and what is becoming of it with the closures.

Don’t be disappointed if they don’t provide any information about the BW itself. DVC has nothing to do with that part of WDW operations, and if they know anything, they may not be at liberty to share it.

I'm thinking about it. We have a lot already stuffed into that trip, but I am thinking about a few of my home resorts and that one would be at the top of the list.

Edit- I just noticed the time for VGC and I have the Hoop De Doo Holiday at 4, so that will probably be a no-go.

I am doing RIV and VGF this year. We have other plans when SSR is happening so won’t attend that one.

I'll miss our BWV meeting by a couple of days, unfortunately. I've been to a few in past years, and they've been pretty dry - except when they showed concept art for CCV, which was under construction at the time, and revealed that it would have studios through GV as well as cabins! (That distinguished it from Poly, which was in active sales but had only studios.) And we missed the 2019 one, where they took everyone in buses to visit RIV, which was about to open. So there's always hope that there will be something exciting, but I wouldn't count on it.

First timer to these. Since we are there, registered for the BCV 9th 2pm and OKW 10th 9am. (The VDH 9th 4pm didn’t fit with our evening plans at EPCOT).

I registered too. But I couldn't find any news about the general meeting on the 11th. It didn't seem to be on the registration site. Anyone know anything?
