I thought the same thing as you when I read the email. We're planning to use the parking voucher and we're getting there around 5, so I hope it's ok.

The irony is that so many people going tonight are locals, so plenty of us already have parking using our MK’s

Usually the characters during the party are rare characters, but fab five usually meet during regular hours near Carthay circle.

They only accept ONE voucher per transaction!

So I used my vouchers at the food booths and they were able to put them in on the same transaction but it was applied to the individual item.
