2021 resorts

When packages go on sale for 2021 on June 28, will people be able to book any resort? (since as of now not all resorts are open)

That is such a great question, and I'll be following to see if anyone has inside info. I also wonder which resorts will be available to book for the rest of 2020. I keep reading resorts (and SAB!) are closed "during the initial opening" period. So do we know when this initial opening period ends?

There has been no definition yet but from what has been rumored that Disney will use DVC if it can.

I was told on phone that for 2021 - all resorts available for booking.

Which makes sense because if they are telling people who already booked room only for 2021 that they can upgrade to package on 6/24, that would mean all resorts are available, you know?
