I’m interested in a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Greek islands for summer 2019, any idea when they will be released? Is it like Disney in that you usually get the prices when they first open?

Europe 2019 sailings will be available for booking the week of December 11th. Crown & Anchor members usually get to book 1 day prior to everyone else.

Not sure if the ones you are looking for are release yet, but Royal did just release a bunch of summer cruises (which is early as it's usually March timeframe). You can do a search on their website.
