2019 competition calender

is there anyway to know when the cheerleading and dance groups come for competition and thus avoid them?

ESPN WWOS lists several of them but I know its not all because we are going to one of them July 8-10 (Disney Dance the World) and its not listed on there. https://www.espnwwos.com/sports/cheer/

We went April 1 and there was a baseball tournament it was not listed. Mid febuary- twirlmania

Avoid? Why avoid a bunch of young, fit teenagers conspicuously away for parents and meaningful chaperones .

The big ones are usually college nationals 3rd weekend of January, high school nationals 2nd weekend of Feb, allstar nationals second weekend of March, Worlds last weekend of April, Summit first weekend of May, and D2 Summit second weekend of May.

My daughter is in cheer. We’re normally at Disney the first week of December for Nationals. (Pop Warner)

With the REALLY BIG ONE being Worlds!!!!

We went to The Opening Ceremonies last week and it was amazing-felt like we were at the Olympics!

Over 80 Countries were represented!

So years ago, I recall going to Worlds and it went to capacity and they wouldn't let parents in to see their own kids. They since fixed some of the capacity issues. This weekend it is happening again at The Summit. There are more teams at The Summit than Worlds now. There were literally fist fights yesterday from parents who couldn't get in to see their child. Parents WANT the tents back because splitting the new arena in four sections is not working.

It was not like this last year. We didn't have any issues last year getting in and out of the venues we wanted to go in.
