so how long has BCV two bedrooms been a little higher than preferred BWV 2 beds? and vice versa for the one beds? I always thought they were the same.

BCV, BWV, VWL and maybe one or two others were all identical up until the first "modern" reallocation. Was that 2010? Seems so long ago. Since then there have been minor differences and it varies by season.

Yes, that weekend to weekday reallocation of points was done over a two year period way back when we were young, 2010 and 2011; seems even longer because the applicable point charts came out in mid-January 2009 and 2010.
