Just revised my reservation and talked to a person being trained in reservations. Was then transferred to someone with the knowledge to help me add days stay to my resort stay.

Try clearing your cookies and/or using another browser. The Stitch page pops up allllll the time, even without all the free dining rumors floating around. You may also want to try the incognito mode. Travel agents have to use incognito mode all the time because they are constantly looking for quotes and Disney tracks the cookies if incognito mode isn’t used.

So my dates won't be available for FD most likely, however does the RO discount follow the same date and room exclusions? Thinking that since we won't get FD maybe we can still get the RO discount...?

This is what my TA emailed me about last night. She said that Disney has set up a special training for all TA’s and CM’s on Monday.

The past few years, it has been titled Delicious Offer with a cartoon of Donald Duck holding or running with a platter of food. Of course, this was just the marketing graphic/style used in the past so anything could be used. It has always been prominent and in your face on the front page of the website so hard to miss.

I still find it odd that we haven't gotten more "solid" rumors by this point. Each year in the past, by the day before everyone would pretty much know for sure what was happening. It would have been confirmed by several Disney "insiders," both on this board and elsewhere. The fact that we haven't seen that yet leads me to doubt that it is getting ready to drop tomorrow. Either that, or Disney has significantly improved their ability to keep secrets.

I am in Minnesota (I know, dang close to Canada) and it defaults me to Canada often. I then need to click where it says "Canada (English)" at the top of the WDW website and then select "United States (English)" in order to see all 10 offers.

Thank you for sharing this! I, too, am in Minnesota, and the past few days I couldn't figure out why I can only see Canadian offers. Issue resolved!

So do we have a solid idea on when FD will start? Last year I got it for 8/31 but this year we would like to go in the beginning of August due to school starting 8/20. I heard 8/2, but that seems oftly early! Any guesses?

As long as there is availability, anyone can book a villa as a "regular" hotel room from Disney. You don't have to be a DVC member.
