I have reservations at Pop Century with the Disney Dining Plan. If the dates rumored are true, how easily can I get the free dining (I know I need to pay to upgrade to my current plan). I know I read that it opens at 6AM, would I be able to do it myself on the website or is it something that I would have to call about? Any experience with this? Also, is it a limited time sort of thing? I leave around 5:50 AM for work, so would be unable to call until after work, but would it be too late?

It could be available to book online as early as 4 or 5am. Get up early and check. Don't bother trying to call. If you can modify your reservation online, do it. If you can't modify make a new reservation. If there is nothing available for your dates, keep checking. You never know when availability for your resort choice will open up.

We will be there on Nov. 12th~19th, so far that week has not been included. But the past 5 years we had the pleasure of getting the Free Dining Plan. So sending a Good Luck and Pixie Dust to all who are waiting for the promotion!!

POR completely excluded too. Hope BB is fd this fall or we may be going the room discount route next year.

No. That offer has been out for a month or so.

I am not happy that both Port Orleans resorts are excluded. I booked Riverside hoping it was not excluded!!

Historically POR has been excluded for years... Sucks bc its my fave mod but...

If someone is driving or renting a car wouldn't rebooking, assuming they originally booked before March 21, wouldn't then they have to pay parking fees since the new reservation would have a new booking date past 3/21?

If you modify a reservation, no. But if you make a new reservation, yes, you pay the fee.

If you have to cancel and rebook, yes. If you are able to modify an existing reservation, no.

Last year's free dining offer to Disney Visa holders came out the same day as free dining to the public. And the email to Disney Visa holders (that I received) didn't even go out until around 11am that day, four hours after people had started booking.
