2017 Disney Trip

Hi all
My DW and I are looking at booking our third WDW trip in Decmber 2017 to give time for building to be completed a bit more. Is there anything that wont be done by then or any rumours of other extensive building work. We were there in December last year and the building at Downtown Disney, Magic and Animal Kingdoms were annoying in some of our pictures and just not as good as it would have been without then boards everywhere. Disney do a good job of disguising it a little but with such major work going on its not easy.

I think you will find something under development all the time for the foreseeable future as they are having to compete more with Universal. That's said I believe current MK, Disney Springs and Avatar Land will
Be complete by then. Theoretically anyway. Personally I hope they do keep developing. They had been getting complacent. For repeat visitors they need to keep it fresh. I'm not like many others. I embrace change.

If current rumours are to be believed there'll probably be rebuilding in the Studios well into 2017. It certainly needs it!

Agree about Studio's. It needs work. I dont mind development and understand it needs doing just not while im there lol

Disney Springs and most Animal Kingdom work should be done from what has been said, but Avatar might not be ready. and if Avatar is finished then expect Hollywood Studios to be under construction.

Thanks jon18uk. Hope Avatar is finished by then. Not too bothered about HS as I think they could be doing work there into 2018 or 2019. Needs alot
