2017 DDP Restaurants?

I found this pdf for 2017 dining plan: https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/me...-ons/dining-plans/2017-disney-dining-plan.pdf and it is missing a lot of restaurants. I know I have read before that sometimes restaurants not owned by Disney take longer to confirm, but does anyone know when the list is typically finalized? I still have 3 months before I can make reservations, but I like to plan everything in my head early

I cannot remember the date the non Disney owned restauants have to sign, but I can say that in over 10 years of dining I have never seen one of the regular TS restaurants removed because they won't accept the DDP.I would make the ADR's that you want, and use this year's list as a guide. In the event one of your choices drops off you can swap it out.

IIRC, in the entire history of the dining plan, only one restaurant was ever dropped from year to year, other than for places actually closing. The 3rd party places have until appx. Jan 1 to sign deals, and it often drags on late into December before everyone re-signs.

Thank you both for your responses! I guess I will go ahead and make reservations for the ones I want, even if they aren't on the list yet, and if they end up not being for some bizarre reason, I will change them later!
