2016 Soar'in Can you name all the places in order you see ?

I am a bit confused on where the new 2016 Soar'in ride takes guests to.
I saw the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Ma-hall, a tropical island boaters (where?), the last scene is EPCOT, fireworks and Tinkerbell

is there a link which lists all the places you see on the 2016 Soar'in ride ?
Does anyone know them ?

the last scene changes depending on which park you are in, for example I saw it in California, so the ending is Disneyland California. The other parts are the real Matterhorn Mountain, Neuschwanstein Castle (the real life inspiration for Disney Castles) The Great Wall of China
