2016 Gold Blackout Dates

I have seen conflicting info on the date when the blackout dates begin for the Gold Pass in December of 2016. I have seen it written that the blackout starts on 12/16/2016 but I have a PDF saved to my phone from the disney website saying 12/19/2016. When I go to that calendar now on the laptop it only goes thru November 2016 now. Going on a Disney Cruise 12/12 - 12/16 and was hoping for a few days in the park after. Does anyone know of anything else confirming a 12/19 date as the beginning of the blackout period?

According to my Passholder handout they gave me with my pass. The black out dates for Gold are below.
December 17-31, 2015
January 1, 2016
March 19-April 1, 2016
December 16-31, 2016
January 1-2, 2017

This is what I was referring to seeing on my phone. It shows a date of Dec 19 as the first blackout date. There is an interactive calendar where you click thru the months that doesn't include December

Sorry I did the reply wrong. So the PDF referenced shows Dec 19th, and Flametamr says they provided them a handout saying Dec 16th. I feel like all I really need it the one thing from them saying Dec 19th and I should be good to go but I'd rather not have to make an argument.
