Anyone else's call very static-y? I could barely understand the automated lady.

Mine was too. Just to get the bad news.

I called right at 7 and had a 15 minute wait time.

Mine too, I saw here that there were no offers and ended up hanging up because I couldn't take the noise on the line.

Yes! So much static! I tried from three phones because I thought it was me.

I hung up and called back (newbie move, I know ) and it was just as bad. I never made it through to a live person.

Yup. 45 minutes here too. I wanted to start my call before 7:00 but the darn kids needed me. lol!
Also had the static when first calling in, switched to the other house phone, still had it. It's gone now thank goodness!

Hmmmm.....I am on hold for 'higher than normal call volume' . Was told wait is 20 minutes...and that was at 7:00am.

Haven't caught up on the thread before this post, so I apologize if it is a duplicate - but after a 2 min wait this morning got through to a CM who told me that there is no special deal today for Disney VC holders.

She was very close-mouthed and could not or would not tell me anything about when it would come out - said I should watch my mail for an email or postcard from Chase telling me about it.

ETA: My phone line was also very staticky until I got to the CM, then it was fine...

Sorry guys! While you're all so active this am can someone who has stayed at POFQ and CBR message me about which one would be better? Off topic I know but I'm completely torn

Haven't stayed at CBR, but have stayed at POFQ and it's awesome! Very small, on the river, and beignets!

Oh well.... I have pre-purchased movie tix for Jungle Book at 10:30am today and I was worried that I'd still be on hold with WDW at the time I'm supposed to be leaving for the theater. So no worries now. NOT planning ANYTHING for Monday morning................... or .........Monday early afternoon. Really really hoping it's not the fiasco I heard last year was!!!!!! Last time I booked FD was in 2014 and I was on hold for maybe 20mins. Got the resort I wanted, dates I wanted and it was all wrapped up by 7:45am! (open to DV cardholders first. I am one)
