2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: September 14 - November 14, 2016

We don't use dining plans, so I can't answer that one, but the Cast Members in the premium areas would not accept any gratuities last year. We used the premium entitlements, cash & room charge to pay. :)
Thank you. So they can scan magic bands for payment?

Absolutely, as long as their system is behaving :)

And last year one evening there were a lot of frustrated guests not able to purchase because tragic bands were down. Those of us with cash or credit cards had much shorter lines! Always bring a back up payment to the Tragic Band!

Was the trader Sam event only bookable over the phone?
yes, though i definitely wish more things were available online- i hate waiting for 30 minutes, and hearing the voice periodically cut in "did you know you can conveniently book all your dining reservations online?!", like it's so excited to inform me of something that doesn't apply to most of F&W.

Booked the New Amsterdam seminar at 5:30PM on October 25. I was thinking about doing the Japanese Craft Beer event on Wednesday, October 26, but I didn't want to cut my time down at Animal Kingdom. Also good for my budget!

Thanks. That works out. 3 days after i leave which is just as well since it's most likely all sold out

Yeah the trader Sam's ship sailed before 8 am hit this morning. I am surprised it went so fast considering the lack of information for it, but yet again it is a very small venue.

Are the schedules for the Book Signings and Back to Basics normally posted online somewhere, or do you have to visit the Festival Center each day to find get info about them?

There is a little info on the WDW website, but you have to dig for it under special events and Tours...at least I know we get a souvenir mug at the end of it.

The information of the site is basically three sentences and it even says check back for details soon. No dates, price, nothing. I got the info from TiW. I haven't heard about the souvenir glass but I bet you can sell it on eBay :rotfl2: for like $50 . All jokes aside I hope is the black pearl.

I went in on the date of 9/28 like I was booking a special event and tour and the info popped up when I clicked on it.https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/e...n-resort/food-wine-behind-scenes-trader-sams/

When I booked Party for the Senses they said I was eligible for priority seating to Eat to the Beat, anyone know how I would go about that?
