I've been trying to get through since 7am. Just keep getting an "I'm sorry, all circuits are busy now. Will you please try your call again later." I'm beyond frustrated.

Same thing. I had two phones going too. I finally got on hold for the Tours phone number but the wait time is like 50 minutes now.

I know right? I got right through, was so shocked that I choked on my coffee (I was settling in for a 45 minute wait), had the husband hang up his line, and had the Cali Grill event booked (which was gone on Tuesday), and was off the phone by 407 am PST.

Did check on the Raglan Road dinner too on 10/20 (we were lucky to do this last year, maybe would have done again, there was no availability...I think it has very limited seating as a lot of regulars are put on the list).

Was eying the Cal Grill event but the price scares me away so we went with Flying Fish.

I got trader sams for the 21st of September with a 7 minute hold. Sure beats Tuesday with the 90 minute hold

I called the FEST number right at 7, didnt have an estimated wait time for a while (wasn't sure if that was good or bad), but 5 minutes in, gave me an estimated 45 minute wait.
Dialed the TOUR number late, at 7:10, with an estimated wait of 60 minutes.
If just the entire process doesn't make me go crazy, listening to the two Heffalumps and Woozles songs just SLIGHTLY off from each other will...

EDIT- TOUR number ended up picking up first at around 7:35- so 25 minute wait time total, and I didn't hang up on the FEST number until I was finished booking what I wanted- that number was still on hold at 7:40.

Same here. I finally got through on the tour line and there's a quoted 50 minute wait. After waiting over an hour on 2 lines on Tuesday and not getting my event, I don't know if I'm going to stay on hold or just skip it.

Got through on the 407 WDW FEST number at 7am exactly. 8 minute wait and scored Trader Sams. SO happy!

Mine didn't show up on it's own, but I was able to add the conf# and have it pull up. I don't have an email confirming it, though... always makes me feel better to have that!

Yes I tried manually. People misspell my name all the time. Although he did pull my hotel reservation.

I asked our phone agent if she had heard any rumors, she said there was nothing in the computer, and she thought it wouldn't be back. So, no news basically on that.

I have no email but I have a confirmation number. The Cali Grill event showed up on its own in my MDE. I would say as long as you have a cone # you're golden!
