2016 Disneyland Paris Half Marathon

I found the race rules on the registration site. It looks like the pace requirement is the same (9:56 min/km or 16 min/mile). Water stops are only guaranteed every 5K during the half. However, they may add more:

I got a screen showing I was charged, but when I went to my profile I don't see any history. I had to go to a work meeting, so I'll follow up on it afterwards.

Hubby is currently imitating Tigger, bouncing round the house. He called at 3:58 Paris time to hear the announcement it needed to be done online, spent 8 minutes trying to get it to accept his password, so got in at 4:08. He is now unbearable (and I'm so pleased for him!).

Happy for him too! I see you are living in the UK as well... I got straight on and booked my eurostar as well so I'll be heading from Wednesday to Sunday!

We're doing it the other way, getting there Thursday or fri and leaving Wed. Booked our offsite hotel in December in the hopes he would get in. He's always wanted to do a RunDisney event, but timing of the WDW hasn't worked out for us.

I can see why this race has been marketed toward international travelers. The official Facebook event page is filled with French people complaining that 69 euros is too expensive, especially since park admission is additional. If only stateside races were still at that price point!

I'm registered for both races and attending the party on Friday night for less than the entry fee (before active fees) of the Disneyland Half. Absurd!

Signed up for the 5k for me and my mom! Already have a half bib for me booked through the travel agency. That was pretty painless.

I followed through the steps and received the validated payment and all that, but never got a confirmation.
I even looked at my account and i've been charged the fee.

I got a confirmation for the 5K and the Half and they show up as purchases on my hub page.

My party ticket however, does not. I do have the receipt printed out. It does show as being processed by my CC company.

I guess if it doesn't work out it wasn't meant to be. I traded off Disneyland Half weekend for Paris like last minute so maybe it's a hint to me since disneyland isn't sold out yet

I was actually surprised that there was availability for as long as there was, being an inaugural race and the small entry field and (by US runDisney standards) low registration cost and fees.
