I know that the non Disney restaurants don't finalize their contracts until almost the end of the year so I've been waiting for them to be on the brochure list. They still aren't. Is is normal for them to still not be listed being that it's the 29th?! Thanks

Yes, it's normal. new brochure often isn't posted until after the first of the year.
