2015 Rate Watch

Just read on a FB group from a TA that room rates are out. But packages aren't, but I haven't seen this to confirm anywhere.

I have been hearing that on and off also. First I thought they were just talking about being able to book room only and thought the rates were out but since we have been hearing it more and more often maybe they really are out?

Oops maybe? I tried googling for like 20mins and couldn't find anything. Do you have to call to find out room rates?

I thought too that people were referring to booking room only with old rates then switching to a package. I apologize haha

Right you can book room only by calling. Been hearing conflicting info on if it is really 2015 rates now or not though.

What everyone is saying is that, yes, we've been able to book 2015 room-only reservations for awhile now, but at current 2014 rates...which will inevitably be adjusted once 2015 rates come out. There were rumors that, starting today, bookings for 2015 room-only reservations will be available at true 2015 rates. I am a travel agent, and I haven't even been able to confirm this. I keep getting a different answer each time I call. For sure, 2015 packages are not available at this time. And you can't book anything online (even room-only) for trips originating in 2015. So confusing, I know. Hope this helps a little.

I just had an online chat with a cast member regarding reservations and when I asked about 2015 package rates she told me they would be available "by the end of August." I'm sure it will be sooner (call me optimistic), but I'm guessing that the reservations CM's are given a ball park timeline to give guests to minimize disappointments. But still- waiting is not my strong suit!

I know the last two years the rates were released around this time. Three years ago it was in august. Hopefully they release them this month.

This is my full understanding as well. However on the FB group i'm on there is a TA telling everyone that 2015 room rates are infact released... This is why I think there is so much confusion!

I'm not sure about tours but my ADR date was a few days ago and I've been able to book. Only thing is, since you don't have a reservation you can't book 180+10 days. Only one day at a time. For example, I was able to book my first ADR on Sunday but could only do the day that was 180 days after Sunday. Monday I was able to book my next one but only for the day that was 180 days after Monday. I've also been told that once you book a trip reservation, the ADRs you made prior to are linked to your reservation. Hope that makes sense - it's all so confusing!

Yes, you can. You just have to book them a day at a time. My 180 started yesterday. I had to book one restaurant yesterday morning, one this morning, then I will do one tomorrow... etc. It is just kinda a hassle.

So glad I changed from end of January - early February 2016 to beginning of December 2015. I couldn't imagine the stress of trying to get all the ADRs and book flights without being able to finalize my actual plans for the destination.

Ugh! I'm planning a late Jan / early Feb 2015 and this is driving me mad!! I was hoping to be booked so I could make sure I get a Be Our Guest dinner reservation with the 180 + 10! Looks like I may be doing BOG camping every day till January

Thanks guys! That's a big help. Although I'd rather do them all together, one phone call a day isn't too bad. It's worth it.

I am looking to book my vacation for the beginning of June 2015. This sounds like good news. I too hate waiting, but I think I can hold out until the end of August. That's when I booked my Aulani vacation in August 2013 for this past June 2014.

Im going in October 2015!!! Ugh, the wait is nuts! Plus who knows when they will release the October dates! April? May? I cant wait that long!!
