Once the 2014 rates are released (which should be sometime this summer), you will be able to book a package and book online for next year. New rates usually come out in August, but the last two years they have come out as early as June/July.

The new room rates typically come out right after a ticket price increase. The rumor is there will be a ticket price increase in April.
