call the 407-939-5277 and keep saying cast member - it got me to a real person who I then asked to be transferred to dining - got me through at 7:01. If you have a second phone, call both and see which one gets answered first. Good Luck!

you are not going to believe this: the events aren't available to the agents.

I dialed right at 7:00:00 and got an agent with no wait. She couldn't bring up the regional lunches, the Parisian Breakfast, signature events, only the seminars. She couldn't even escalate it, and she told me it was happening for everyone. I had to drop off my call as there was no point in staying on. Now I'm getting circuits are busy or fast busy/no answer.

Forget it. Disney finds a new way to screw this up every year. I can't pound on the phone for three hours like last year. I'm done.

OMG!!!! I got through immediately but I got a cm who has no clue what I'm talking about....I'm calling from my cell phone trying to get another agent and it's busy.

YAY!!! got my 2 tickets for 25 October Wine View Lounge

called at 5 seconds and 3 seconds prior (figuring that it'll take about 5 secs for the call to go through). One line gave me an estimated waiting time of 6 minutes and the other 30 minutes! Unbelievable. Dropped the 30min one and CM answered my call at 7:04am (2 minutes faster than the 6 I was told).

I was so lucky with the CM as she took my order and secured the tickets first before asking me any details! She didn't even ask if we're staying on-site or my name or anything until she found the ticket!

We have at least 2 posts saying that either the agents can't find the events or the events haven't loaded. Obviously it isn't happening for all agents because somebody just booked wine view lounge.

shaping up to be like last year, maybe the longer on hold the better.

I was told by the system less than 3 minutes and it is now 14.

I was calling non stop the minute before 7am (12pm here) and then finally got through and told more than 30 min queue... ah well. least i'm in the queue. I just wanna book the cheese seminar for my dad and father in law as a birthday present to them both (their birthdays are a day apart in October). Really hope I manage to get it for them.

You would think that, by now, Disney would know that the morning the booking window opens is crazy and they would be prepared. Every year, it seems they reinvent the wheel. I, too, called at 7 AM and am in the more than 30 minutes wait time queue.
