2014 Disney Dining Plan Questions.?

Planning for a 2014 Disney World Vacation. I heard Disney has some dates where you get a FREE Dining Plan! Since my vacation won't be till' 2014, theres still no information regarding the 2014 Disney Dining Plan, so I need you to help me out with a couple of questions.. Thanks!

1. Do you think the FREE Dining Plan will apply to..
- March 08-15, 2014
- August 16-23, 2014
- December 14-21, 2014

2. ^ If so, when will booking START?

3. Do you think the Art of Animation will apply?

4. ^ If so, what would you prefer, (for the same price), a Family Suite at the AoA with FREE Dining or a 1 Bedroom Villa at AKV?

P.S. The reason why the Animal Kingdom Villas would cost about the same as a Family Suite in the AoA is because we would be renting DVC points at AKV and booking AoA through Disney's Main Site.

Thanks! And BTW, if we stay at AKV, we WON'T have the FREE Dining Plan.

If we base our crystal ball gazing on this year, the only one of your dates that falls within a FREE dining period is the December date.

However, free dining is usually given to fill rooms and Disney doesn't have too much trouble filling AoA right now, so even if free dining comes out, it may not include the family suites at AoA.

As to when you can book with free dining, the December promo just came out within the last week or so, so it would probably be about this time next year before you could book with free dining.

No way to know that. August 1 this year for similar dates. So July or August.

Little Mermaid rooms, no. Family suites, maybe. The entire resort was excluded from this year's fall offer.

AKV but I don't really like the dining plan anyway. Remember you'd only get the quick service plan free at AOA. You can upgrade that, but you'd need to add the cost of upgrading to your estimates.
